If your item has a defect upon delivery or if it has other issues, please sent us an email with images of the fault to sales@copenhagenlegacy.com

Register your complaint using your order number. You can find this in the order confirmation, that you received when finishing the purchase. Attach clear pictures of the defect and describe the issue as best as you can. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible and get back to you within 1-2 business days.
